At Legacy Songs™, every project is created specifically for you and your family. Because our products are personalized and cannot be resold, our refund policy differs from that of standard retail purchases.

Before Production Begins
You may cancel your order for a full refund if production has not yet begun. If work has already started, any applicable production costs may be deducted from your refund.

After Production Begins
Once production has begun, orders for personalized products are generally non-refundable due to the time, creativity, and resources invested in creating your custom project.

Revisions
Many of our products include revision opportunities as outlined in the product
description at the time of purchase. If revisions are included with your purchase, we'll work with you to ensure your project accurately reflects the memories and information you provided. Additional revisions beyond those included may be available for an additional fee.

Physical Products
If you receive a physical product that arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@legacysongs.org. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we'll repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

Digital Products
Because digital products are personalized and delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or refunded once they have been delivered.

Order Changes
If you need to update your submission or make changes after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if production has not progressed too far.
